Reunification Assessment needs to be completed at minimum every 6 months as per policy, but also before every court proceeding pertaining to custody (so you might be doing it every 3 months depending on the age of the child) or if the family's circumstances greatly change.

What does section 92.1 of our CFCSA relate to? 

The Director's ability to make agreements with First Nations and Indigenous Communities, which allow them to create independent plans on providing child protection services and plans for children in care. 

On iConnect there is a page called "repository of agreements" where it will show you all the protocols we have in place with Indigenous communities - signed 92.1 Agreements, local protocols, MOUs, etc.
