Pinch the victims nose and tilt their head back and lift their chin to open their airway for passage. Make a complete seal with your mouth onto the victims mouth, give a breath for 1 second, let the chest rise and fall then give one more.

What is Hands Only CPR?
It is basic CPR that involves calling 911, sending someone to get an AED, and then starting continuous chest compressions.

You should do at least 30 chest compressions in between breaths.
How do you place your hands?
Place bottom hand on the breast bone, the other hand on top, and place your shoulders directly over your hands with your elbows locked.

It is getting trained to do rescue breaths along with chest compressions.
If the victim has a hairy chest and the AED pads won't stick, what should you do?
You should place them on the designated spot, rub them, then rip them off so you can remove the hair.
How to use an AED?
Remove clothing if in the way, turn on the AED, place one pad on the upper right side of the chest, place another on the lower left side of the chest. Let the AED tell you want to do next.
