It's 8:00am and time to start the day. You can either choose to sleep in a few more hours or get out of bed!

A: Great! You got out of bed and got ready for work! Move one space forward

B: Boo! You stayed in bed and missed your alarm for work, but you still made it on time by rushing your morning routine.

You've been inside all day long watching your favorite tv show seeing the same 5 commercials in between episodes. You can either choose to stay on the couch or step outside for some fresh air.

B: Get some fresh air

A: You stayed on the couch and finally finished your Netflix Binge watching, but you forgot to pick up some food and didn't have any groceries. It's too late to get food. 

B: Great! You stepped outside and got some fresh air for just a few minutes. You walked back inside to the kitchen to see that you needed food so you ordered some takeout.

Your mom tells you that it is time for bed. You either go right to bed or you ignore her and stay up all night playing video games.


A: Go to sleep

B: Stay up!

A: You went right to bed. You had a very long day and really needed that rest. Move 1 space forward

B: You didn't listen, and you stayed up all night. You had to wake up early for your finals and ended up flunking because you couldn't stay awake. Move back 1 space.

Your best friend invited you out to play a few rounds of golf, but you know that golf is not your favorite sport and tee time is early in the morning. You can either choose to go spend time with your friend or decline and stay home.

A: You go play golf and you ended up having the best game of your life. You were happy and so was your best friend.

B: You decided to stay home and your best friend was very sad. Shame on you. Move back 3 spaces

You just got off of work on a Friday afternoon and need something to eat! You can either stop ay Chick Fil A or finish up the last bit of groceries you have left in at home.

B: Home cooked meal

A: Let's do it! You haven't eaten out in weeks and had plenty of money. You enjoyed your 12-count nugget meal and even found extra fries at the bottom of the bag. Move 1 space forward


B: You arrive home to the same meal that you have eaten three times this week. You still ate it but you weren't happy about it.

You have been physically working hard all day but still had several hours before dinner and bedtime. Do you continue to physically work hard, or do you play a made-up game made by Harry to learn and do something different.

A: Keep working

B: Entertain Harry

A: You kept physically working hard and ended up getting burned out and fatigued. You couldn't even stand up because you were so exhausted.

B: You took the time to do something different, and it allowed you to rest your body but stimulate your mind. And you made Harry happy. Move 4 spaces forward

You haven't done anything physically active all week and a pickup basketball tournament pops up near your house. You either go play or stay at home.

A: You hit the game winning 3 and won the whole tournament. Your ego is boosted but you've earned it. Move to the next person in front of you or move 2 spaces if in the lead.

B: You didn't go, scrolled on social media and saw that all of your favorite NBA players were there. Feels bad.

You have been invited to your work's Gala but you feel like you won't have a great time and won't be recognized. You can either go or skip the Gala.

A: You go to the Gala and you got honored with a prestigious award from your organization for your hard work. Move three spaces forward.

B: You decided to skip the Gala and you later found out that you received the award the following Monday at work.

You have a pretty serious presentation coming up within the hour and you needed something to fuel you up. You can either choose the quick and easy pizza shop or the more expensive health restaurant.

A: You went with the pizza and thought it was delicious, but it really upset your stomach, and you had to rush off stage during your presentation. Move back one space

B: You had to spend a little more money, but you felt great and everyone loved your presentation. You had a nice chipotle chicken bowl with fruit on the side.

You've been stuck inside working on a computer all day long at home and you haven't moved a muscle. You can either get up to go for a jog or move over five feet and watch tv.

A: You go for that jog and you feel like a million bucks!

B: You watched tv and did not feel like you accomplished anything.

Your friend invited you to start the profession of gardening at their house. You can either learn how to garden or decline the offer.

A: Awesome, this helped you get out of the house, and you got to do something with a friend.

B: Boo, you could have made the best arrangement and now nature hates you.

It's 10:00 and you really want a sweet treat. You can either choose to eat the unhealthiest ice cream you can eat, or you can eat the fresh strawberries that you just got.

A: Ice Cream

B: Strawberries

A: Ice cream at this time of night made you not feel so great the next morning. 

B: Strawberries are a great choice, and you happened to have some left over melted dark chocolate to go with it! Move forward two spaces.
