What are the main reasons for the CSAT Checkpoint Policy?

What are the ID requirements for checking in visitors?  What are we allowed to record/check when verifying ID of visitors?

Picture, name compared to log, expiration date of ID.  ID must be a valid state or federal issued identification card.  We do not record any info on an ID besides the name.

What are warehouse employees allowed to do during an evacuation?

Employees are only permitted to immediately leave the building.  They are not allowed to retrieve any personal items, stop anywhere in the building, or go to their vehicles.

Bags, backpacks, boxes, food containers, all electronics, etc.

What colors are visitor badges?  What color are contractor badges?

Green.  Orange.

What are Security Officer duties during an evacuation?

1.  Alert all personnel in the building to the need to evacuate.

2.  Direct all personnel to the nearest emergency exit.

3.  Direct personnel to the assembly areas.

4.  Verify the building is empty before evacuating yourself.

EHUB.  Must clock in within the 7 minute grace period and within the building.

Pattern, distance from the body, verifying alerts, directing/controlling personnel.

What are some incidents that would require a Security investigation?

Refusal to follow security protocols, possession of unauthorized electronics, attempting to remove any CSAT or customer property without authorization, and suspected/actual theft.

What is the escort policy for visitors?  What are an Officer's responsibilities if they see a visitor without an escort?

Visitors must be escorted at all times when on-site.

If an Officer sees a visitor without an escort they must immediately stop them and take them to the lobby to determine their status.
