If a GHC timeclock is not working or an employee forgets to clock in, what must the employee do in order to get paid for their hours worked? Where do they get their clock-in #?
Which CORE facilities require employees to use their timeclock and also turn a timesheet in to us. When and where do they obtain their clock-in?
1. Get a Missed Punch Form from the facility (usually in scheduler or DON's office), fill it out and get a signature, IMMEDIATELY send a picture to payroll (Sloop) and also turn in to DON or scheduler at the facility. Account Manager gives all GHC employees the clock-in # which is found at the bottom of the HR section of their info page in CTM.
2. Jtown, Cherokee, and LEPA. Employees get their clock-in # at the front desk on their first day.
