What makes a perfect profile?

Make sure class check ins are done IMMEDIATLEY after class starts. Yellow alerts are being cleared as soon as they are completed. ONLY EVER have one MBO Tab open at once as this can cause information to transfer. If this is done, it is a terminable offence.

When and why are we addressing OTBeat in class?

Always! We should be calling out people and their OTBeat periodically throughout the class and expressing the importance.

What is the 5 pack and how much is it?

5 packs are now available! The 5 pack is available in the PA in hellosign. It is $120. This, like any pack should not be used in replace of a membership.

What should our lobby experience be?

Make sure we are engaging with members! It is so important to build rapport in the lobby. Staff should not just be talking to each other. Make sure only appropriate conversations are going on.

When and what are the coaches cleaning?

Treads need to be cleaned after every class. Mid day cleaning needs to be done after each block of classes is completed (after noon)

When do we check a box off?

Once COMPLETED! If we spoke to someone yesterday and it pops up again, it is okay to check it off as long as we got an answer about something. It will continue to pop up until it is taken care of.

When do we make brag boards?

Reminder that brag boards need to be made for benchmarks, milestones and birthdays. Members love these and it looks great on social media.

Fridge cleaning

Now that we have a new fridge, PLEASE make sure we are keeping it clean. At the end of each week, everything is going to be thrown away.

How do we distribute shirts?

Shirts are first come first serve. The shirts are separated in the back for the most part. Please keep these organized. When someone completes their 4 workouts, retail them out for the correct size tee/tank. We will have the codes at the front when we get closer for you. After you give them and retail out their shirt, write 'yes' on the HW registration form.

What are we doing with rower batteries?

Please make sure that we are unplugging the rower batteries when they are fully charged. They are expanding because they stayed plugged in 24/7. Al advised us to unplug them.

Portal vs everything else

The portal as of right now is not replacing MBO and OB. You still log your lead calls in OB, and still CL everything in MBO. A checked box in the portal does not equal a contact log.
