What is = Typically, the documents scanned into OnBase for the business, trust, estate, etc. will be what we list on the CTR. Choose “Other” for the ID Type, and then type the name of the appropriate document (e.g., Business license, Trust Instrument or Estate Instrument) in the Other Type of ID field.  For the Identification Number, put in an applicable number if the document has a number (business licenses will have an ID number, however Trust/estate instruments will not).  Choose the applicable Country and State that issued the document or leave both fields blank.
