This procedure MUST remain locked and sealed until airborne and I can never be opened on ground.

I am found in the flight satchel. I am only offered when attempts to relocate a customer has been unsuccessful and my video monitor is inoperative

What is an Orange Seal?
I am a type of fare. The customer is entitled to 2 snack BOB items or an alcoholic beverage and snack BOB item or an alcoholic beverage and ADF item.
What is an LT07/LT04/PR07?
I MUST be completed prior to arriving into the U.S.A and I contain a closing count of alcohol that is being brought into the U.S
