While replying back, we will check whether it is required to copy all the parties in the email chain, or we can remove the additional recipients.

The email that was sent to SP2P has Iproc, DIsb NA, BU in CC. What action should be taken when replying?

Disb NA, Iproc should be deleted from the CC. If the case is still being investigated within the team, Business unit email should also be deleted. Only the final answer should be sent to the BU

What would you do with the email regarding Supplier set up and PO once the Supplier set up part is done?

Once the supplier will be setup in the system, we will use the Action > Edit Message function and move it to PO Inbox, then when the final answer/response is ready for the BU we will add them back onto the email.
