30% Coinsurance and do not have to met the annual deductible.

Who is an eligible dependent medical, dental, and vision coverage?  Name at least 3. 

  • A legal spouse.
  • Natural child or stepchild.
  • Adopted child or child placed in the home in anticipation of adoption.
  • Child for whom you have legal guardianship.
  • Child for whom you have a qualified medical child support order issued.
  • Dependent child(ren) may be covered under your medical, dental, and vision until they reach age 26. (Full time student status is not required.)
  • A dependent, of any age, who meets the guidelines for mental or physical incapacitation if they meet the guidelines and the incapacitation occurred prior to their 26th birthday.
  • FedEx also does not determine dependent eligibility based on marital status. Coverage can continue for dependents who meet the age rules, even if they are married.
