Yes - all registratoins processed through Cvent's tool count, regardless if it's canceled or someone signs up for multiple events.

Engagement Score takes attendees’ activities into a numerical score that can be used to evaluate their overall engagement and inform sales and marketing how to best follow up. Taken from sessions they attend, polls they participate in, profile set up, etc.
