Scenario:  A creator is extremely delayed in submitting content and its affecting your paid media in market dates. The client has asked that we move forward and add in the creator content after we're already in market. What do we do? 

We do not add content into the amp plan once it has already gone live as this won't allow the campaign to optimize correctly. We should advise the client to either hold off on going live, or suggest that we either ommit the content piece and/or swap for a different piece.
