The staff person filling out the form and a parent/guardian of the child.

What should you do if a child is missing?


One educator should communicate this to a Director/Assistant Director immediately and they will advise you about what to do next. 

The actions of the other team members may depend on the situation. (Look for the child, calm the rest of the group, etc)
