MAD MUSCLES:
When we get angry, frustrated or sad we sometimes tense our muscles without knowing we are doing it.
1. Scrunch your face like you have an insect on your face.
2. Bend your knees and squat like your going to sit on a chair.
3. Lift up your arms like your reaching for the sky.
Tree Pose
Stand on one leg. Bend the other knees and place the sole of your foot on your inner leg. Hold for 10 breathes.
Recess Rules
Youâre playing tag, and someone new wants to join the game. What should you do?
A. Tell them they canât play because you already started.
B. Let them join and explain the rules.
C. Run away so they canât catch you.
Your friend dropped their lunch tray and looks really sad.
I would help them clean up.

BETTA BREATH
See yourself as a Betta fish under the sea,with fresh, bright blue water all around you.
Take a steady breath in through your noseas you count to 4 in your head.
Hold your breath at the top of your inhale, building up air bubbles inside of youfor 7 seconds.
Breathe out slowly through your mouth as you
count to 8, sending hundreds of bubblesinto the ocean, watching them float like crystal balls up to the surface of the sea.
Repeat 3 x and notice how you feel.
Mistake at School
You spill paint on your friendâs paper by accident. What should you do?
A. Say âOopsâ and walk away.
B. Blame someone else.
C. Say sorry and offer to help fix it.
