You need a State ID. What do you need to get that in the State of Colorado?

    • U.S. Birth Certificate (Original or certified copy, not hospital/abbreviated).
    • Unexpired U.S. Passport or Passport Card.
    • Certificate of Naturalization/Citizenship.
  • Social Security Number (You can provide this verbally; a card is not required, but helpful).
  • Two Proofs of Colorado Residency (Must show full name and current physical address, dated within the last year):
    • Utility bill, phone bill, bank statement, pay stub, lease agreement, mortgage statement, or vehicle registration.
