This move is performed by punching down while your legs open and slide apart then picking your arms up while you scoot onto one foot and bring your other knee up.

An element of hip hop that is more of a visual art form that can be considered illegal in some scenarios.

This move was described by Madeleine by using the metaphor of a giraffe going down to pick up its food and then swallowing its food and sitting back down.
