Have an open and honest conversation with them if you feel comfortable doing that. They may not realize it, or are too scared to start the conversation.
Share with an adult to make them aware of the situation.
Let them know that you support them either way-it is important that are able to talk to you. Do not pressure them to end the relationship if they are not willing to. Do not make them choose between your friendship and their relationship because they won't have anyone to talk to if the relationship goes badly.
Is it ok for me to be alone with my girl/boyfriend?
As an adult, you should be able to make your own decisions about alone time with a girl/boyfriend.
BUT, if you live with your parents/family/caregiver, you should get their okay before having alone time with your girl/boyfriend in the house.
