After a dinner party, Michelle, one of the guests, throwed her napkin on top of her plate and put the silverware in the glass. Then left Maggie, the host, to clean everything up. Michelle then asked, "Do you need help?" Maggie rolled her eyes and rudely declined. Michelle then left leaving a bad impression on Maggie. She was never invited again. What went wrong here?
