This position is responsible for managing the NRC, providing shadow shifts and implementing Neuro-stimulation activities with clients.

FC and BIC work together to schedule this required 8 hour training for new hires with a Lead BI and client
What is the Shadow Shift?
This position is the family's contact person. They conduct all family meetings and keep the client's information up to date.
Who is the Family Coordinator?
The ability for a child to calm themselves by practicing mindfulness activities such as Yoga, breathing exercises and grounding exercises
What is Self-regulation?
Coordinators and PM plan and facilitate this required meeting which gives the opportunity for BI's to interact with each other and receive professional development trainings.
What is the BI Monthly Staff Meeting?
This position is the BI's contact person. They are responsible for conducting Observation shifts at least every quarter for each BI.
Who is the BI Coordinator?
Activities that must start by activating the Brain Stem before adding more components. They help rewire and heal parts of the brain affected by trauma
