-Commissions are not payable for any sale of an AARP Med Supp where the applicant’s premium is paid by a third-party payer (this does not include family or friends of the applicant).

-An AARP Med Supp plan change to another AARP Med Supp plan, without a gap in coverage, is non-commissionable.

-Applications that are processed through Guaranteed Issue outside of the consumer’s Open Enrollment period, agents will receive 5% of the annual commissions.  (except in  CO, CT, FL, ID, IN, MA, MN, MT, NY, OR, SC, TN, VT, WA and WI)
