Daily - always check with each other before leaving or coming on shift to communicate if one needs to be done.  Ideally completing it midday.

A guest needs to update a dog on their account what would you do in Park Access? 

Send add/remove a dog - they would remove the dog they need to update and then add the updated dog info.

Where are the BEO's located at? Why are these important?

How many Bones do Members and guests receive per dollar? BONUS 300: If a guest refers a new Member who gets the bones and how many? 

Members receive 1 bone to $1

Guests receive 1/2 bone to $1

Neither - Only existing Members that refer new Members receive 150 bones.

If a new guest, scans the QR code with their phone, is not able to select "Next" to complete the guest entry form, and the iPad is already in use what would your next steps be? 

Ask if ok to see their phone and see if you are able to assist them. 

If it is not working from thier phone, then set them up on the laptop and/or the Member iPad to complete the guest entry form. 

See if the QR scan code works on your phone. 

Report the issue and what happened in EOD with your initials.

When do we NOT set up the wash stations? 

If it feels like 32 or is below 32.  This is because water can freeze on the pavement and turf causing slick spots that guests may not see causing a slip and fall (especially when it is dark).

A Member wants to cancel their Membership due to the dog virus.  What would you do? 

Let them know that we have had no cases in our area and you will get a manager to assist them.  

If they have a M2M they can cancel at end of term by a manager. 

If they have an APM they can change it to a M2M and pay one time charge - $10 + tax per month(s) it was active (or finish out the APM whichever is cheaper) to cancel it by a manager. 

If they have an APU no cases in our area currently and not valid cancellation reason. A manager will need to explain this to them.

Describe what the opening outside setup would look like if it feels like 45 and cloudy. 

Stanchions 3-4 put out starting at the concrete wall. 

Signage - Wait here until GA is ready for next guest and the QR scan code at start of the stanchions with the Member and guest sign at the end closest to parking lot.  Member option board set up to your right on turf or by guest check in with the Member option sign  (guest line side), Events board near the ADS (all dog sally), handheld QR scan code sign on outside counter. 

Scanners, Brochures, & iPad- set up on outside counter.  When it is cold ok to have iPad available at inside counter

Kids table outside to your right corner with coloring books and crayons - Only when above freezing 32

Membership laptop inside counter with the Membership sign behind the Member check in computer 

Door Dash pick up outside counter to right 

Turn water on and set up wash stations with shampoo at each station

3 Water bowls along stanchions, 1 at the check in counter and 1-2 near the sally(s).
