How does calm down time work?

  • Pick an activity and move the activity icon next to your name

  • Pick between 2 activities during the 10 minute period, but you must clean up between activities and change your activity icon

  • Holding the fidget in your hand

  • Sitting in designated seat or classroom area

  • No throwing

  • No distracting others with them
