when I feel like I am getting angry, when I feel worried, when I feel sad
How does calm down time work?
Pick an activity and move the activity icon next to your name
Pick between 2 activities during the 10 minute period, but you must clean up between activities and change your activity icon
How do I use my fidgets?
Holding the fidget in your hand
Sitting in designated seat or classroom area
No throwing
No distracting others with them
Talking with peers, showing peers their fidgets, making noises, taunting others

Ask a teacher to get your box and choose 1
On Thursday Ms. G will allow you to swap fidgets with her

Level 3 Extra recess, iPad and Chromebooks, sensory boxes, Legos, kinetic sand, coloring, PlayDoh, drawing, puzzle games, individual games, K’Nix and/or word searches
Level 2 Sensory boxes, Legos, kinetic sand, coloring, PlayDoh, drawing, puzzle games, individual games, and/or word searches
Level 1 Reflection sheet filled out with staff

Can I play games or send emails?
Teacher approved games may be played for level 3.
