Increases the base value of your Terror Radius by 6/7/8 meters for the entire trial. Whenever you are not in a Chase with a Survivor, the following effect applies: Reduces your terror radius by 12/14/16.

If there is at least one Dull Totem remaining in the Trial Grounds activates on a random Totem each time a Survivor is hooked for the first time:

• The hooked Survivor suffers from the Cursed and Oblivious Status Effects until the Hex is cleansed.
• For the first 90 seconds, only the Cursed Survivor is able to cleanse the Hex Totem.
• The Aura of the Hex Totem is revealed to the Cursed Survivor within 24/20/16 metres.

Whenever a Survivor is put into the Dying State by any means, all other Survivors within your Terror Radius will scream and reveal their current location to you for 4/5/6 seconds.

At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks:

• The Auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.

Whenever a Survivor is unhooked from a normal Hook, the following effect applies:

• The Hook is converted into a Scourge Hook.

Whenever you hook a Survivor onto a Scourge Hook, the following effect applies:

• The Aura of the Generator with the most progression is highlighted in yellow for 6/8/10 seconds.

Each time a Survivor is hooked for the first time,  this perk gains +1 Token and activates once you are at least 16 metres away from the Hook:

• 1-3 Tokens: Blocks all Generators for 6/8/10 seconds.
• 4 Tokens: Blocks all Generators for 40 seconds and the Aura of the Obsession is revealed to you for 6 seconds.

• Grants a +50 % Haste Status Effect for 3 seconds.

After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, this perk activates whenever you are injured and running, and allows you to tap into your adrenaline bank to avoid taking further damage:

• Press the Active Ability button to trigger the Endurance Status Effect for 0.5 seconds.

What is Dead Hard?

After triggering your third Protection Hit, this perk activates:

• While injured, this perk shields you from going down the next time you take damage.
• Healing back to full health will reveal your Aura to the Killer whenever you are farther than 12/14/16 metres from them.

When healing yourself or another Survivor, you benefit from the following effects: 

• Suppresses all noises related to Healing and Grunts of Pain.
• Failed Healing Skill Checks do not trigger a Loud Noise Notification.
  • Reduces the Penalty to 3/2/1 % of the total Progression.

• Suppresses your Grunts of Pain and the creation of Pools of Blood.
