Yes, you can file a dispute using Non Receipt of Service, but case will be pended by the system for 30 days from cancel date. CM will not receive the temporary credit right away.
Customer paid $4500 for a roundtrip airline ticket through United Airlines to travel to The Cayman Islands. When she got to the airport, the airline refused to board her since her passport will expire in 5 months. Merchant refused to refund her airline ticket. Can you file a dispute, and if you can, what reason code will you use?
No. Customers travelling are responsible to comply with the destination countries' requirements. United Airlines is able to render the service and can provide it, but because of the requirements of country of destination, they can refuse to board passengers who are non-compliant.
Customer paid $1000 on 12/01/2023 to Uhaul for moving service. She paid using her Chase Visa card. While merchant moved her stuff, they damaged her piano, broke 5 lamps, and lost an heirloom jewelry.
