What is be mindful?
Making a list of the positives and negatives of engaging and not engaging in a behavior.
What is pros and cons?
Engaging in activities that you enjoy.
What is accumulating positive experience?
There is always more than one way to see a situation and more than one way to solve a problem.
What are dialectics?
Being aware of the present moment (e.g., thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations) without judgment and without trying to change it.
What is full awareness (opened mind)?
These two skills can also be refusal skills.

What are touch, hearing, smell, taste, and hearing?
Bonus point for including movement.
