Dialectics are when two things that seem opposite can be true at the same time. A dialectic is rooted in the idea that everything is made up of opposites and that change occurs when there is a dialogue between the opposing ends. Example: Everyone is trying their best and they need to try harder.
Why is tolerance important to healthy living?
Tolerance is necessary during any behavior change because impulsive behavior would interfere, and we need to accept where we are at in order to change and grow.
