The state of mind someone is in when they are thinking only of the facts.
Reasonable mind
This state of mind is hot, mood-dependent, and emotion focused.
Emotion Mind
We do this by noticing body sensations and practicing wordless watching. We control our attention, push away nothing and cling to nothing
Observe
This skill means "doing what works." We practice being mindful of our goals and act as skillfully as you can. Let go of willfulness and play by the rules.
Effectively
Emotion Mind
This state of mind is "the middle path" and the wisdom within each person.
Wise Mind
