Describe what happens when we get a call from someone not in the shelters wanting something like a bed?

They are sent a community request form via email.  Once it is returned the information is set aside for Scott or Andrew to review and approve/deny.

Describe the process of the meat run and its logging

Each Dillons store is contacted early.  A schedule is made.  The meat is picked up, with attention given to the amount donated by each store.  Upon return each stores contribution is weighed and logged on clipboard.  Additionally Mollie should be texted a snap shot of that amount weekly to be logged on the SharePoint.  that information is needed for two different monthly reports.

What is the process when someone gives a cash or check donation at the donation door?

They are offered a receipt to fill out.  if they fill one out it is attached to the donation and placed in the safe mounted next to the door.  Management is notified of a larger donation.  The safe is routinely emptied once a month by Miranda.

A community member comes to the door asking for insulated coveralls.  Where do we send them?

Trick question:  in our most recent newsletter Streets announced that they are no longer giving out coveralls on Fridays instead are giving them all to MAP which is where we send people.
