Who is Moses, Elias, and Elijah? Moses, Elias, and Elijah appeared and restored priesthood keys to the Prophet Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery in the Kirtland Temple. Moses restored the keys of the gathering of Israel (see D&C 110:11). Elias restored the dispensation of the gospel of Abraham (see D&C 110:12).
