What is the difference between a hard and soft skill?
- A hard skill is a specific and technically ability acquired through training, education and experience, something that you can demonstrate.
Examples: social media, microsoft apps, coding/programing, etc.
- Soft skills are interpersonal and behavior traits that impact how you work and interact with others.
Examples: comm, leadership, teamwork, organization, time management, etc.
