Describe all the steps for name to face tracking and using the clicker when transitioning your whole class from one location to another.

The clipboard person starts with a name to face check. Then they step just outside the door to receive the children.

The clicker person stands in the doorway with their back on the door and clicks each child through the doorway, one click per child as they pass through the threshold of the doorway.

The clicker person checks the number on their clicker and verbally announces this to the clipboard person ("I have ___")

The clipboard person physically counts each child in their presence and verbally confirms the number with the clicker person. ("I have ___")

The clicker person then looks back in the classroom/location to confirm all children have exited before shutting the door.

This process is repeated through each threshold/doorway until the class arrives at their destination.

For the last transition when arriving at the destination, the clipboard person receiving the children will name to face track each child as they receive them before confirming the number with the clicker person.
