Answer: Worry is mostly thoughts. Anxiety includes thoughts AND body reactions. Anxiety is also more intense and lasts longer!

Answer: Examples: mindfulness, positive self-talk, imagining a calm place, counting slowly, reminding yourself 'I can handle this.'
