What is the main difference between 5/12 Saal and Baitul Khayal transition setup?
There is Chaanta/towels in Baitul Khayal while 5/12 Saal does not.
Scenario: It is Chandraat. Jamati ceremonies are done. Your team lead had asked you to bring the items back from main, 2nd, and ghatpaat paats. What items are you bringing back? Need to name at least 6

3. Once all chaanta bowls are poured into the jug, the Team Lead will take the jug out to the bush to be poured out.
Scenario: It is Friday. Team Lead had asked you to clean the Friday ghatpaat. Tell us the exact steps on how to clean the ghatpaat.
1. Grab the new long towel, short towel, and cloth for the ghatpaat. Lay the cloth out on counter. Take dirty towels/cloth and put it in a bag
2. You take the whole ghatpaat and put it in the sink. Clean the ghatpaat with warm water and little soap with hands.
3. Once each is cleaned thorough, then put on the towel to let it dry. Once all laid out, then use short towel to clean it dry.
4. Once all is dry, then put all in the cloth and tie it up properly. Put the towel and top on and place it in the cabinet space.
What if... a fire has occurred in the kitchen area. What should you do as a volunteer?
Answer: Ensure everyone leaves outside to the nearest exit immediately without any belongings as well as taking care of yourself to evacuate. No one should be taking their belongings.
It is Chandraat. You have been assigned Kitchen with another volunteer. You see that 4 nandis came in during the Khushali ginan. What should you do?
It is Students Majalis. You have been pre-assigned to stand on Main door female. It is 6:38 pm and you go straight to the door. 5 minutes pass by and you have been asked to say majalis ginan. You go find your ginan book and practice in the REC room. You go out to the water fountain, grab a drink, and then notice that someone replaced you as it is first dua. You go up to the person and tell them it was your duty and you will switch. Did the volunteer do the right thing? If not, explain from beginning to end what should have been done.
No, the volunteer didn't follow the below steps:
1. Always check in with your team lead to ensure that it is ok with you going to your duty spot or if anything changes.
2. You should check with your team lead for the waro since you were assigned main door duty and if ok to practice from beforehand.
3. You were gone for about 20 minutes, thus you were replaced as you were not near your position. Team Lead has a lot of responsibilities to take care of thus depending on you to be at your position.
4. If the Team Lead approves for you to go back to the door, then you should do it during a transition with less commotion. First Dua is not the right time. When standing up for Tasbih or during ginan would have been a better opportunity.

You and two other volunteers are cleaning the kitchen area after nandi. One volunteer is carrying a glass plate and accidentally bumped into the other volunteer and dropped the plate. What should you do next?

2. Your focus is to look at the "male" left side of social hall and to report back to the Main Female Door volunteer.

5. Once someone else gets it, your index finger on left hand will go down and right palm will close to indicate they are not the one (BE PROACTIVE AND ALERT 🚨 )
6. If two people are getting in the same are, do the same steps and emphasize with your left index finger to indicate it is another person and have your right palm to the other peson.
It is Khushali Day. You and three other volunteers have been tasked to do inside setup during opening. List all the things you need and where to put them.

What if... you were on the Nandi Hall door on Students and you see someone beside you is not doing well and not responding. How do you handle the situation?
Call the inside safety volunteer and health board member immediately. Ensure you are covering them from other Jamati Members and if needed from them call 911.
Scenario: It is Chandraat. You and another volunteer are needing to handle the kitchen responsibilities from opening to close. List at least 10 responsibilities you need to do throughout your duty.

Scenario: It is 5/12 Saal. You are about to get the nandi from nandi person. You say Ya Ali Madad to the person that bought the nandi and tell him the amount. You put the nandi in the bag. The nandi person gives you $20. You go to the seva paat and hand them the money and tell them it is $12. You then go to the nandi line and high five and start talking to your friend. The rule is that we must wait until MKS sit on the paat before we put it on the Ruhani Nandi. ALWAYS wait for instructions given by team lead.
