If somebody is cancelling their locker rental, what paperwork do you need to fill out? Where should the lock go?
Fill out a locker rental return form (unless also filling out cancellation paperwork). If its our lock, the lock needs to remain on the locker.
What do you do if someone wants to borrow racquetball equpment?
Record who borrowed the equipment and if they returned it (on racquetball clipboard)
If someone signs up/inquires about a family membership with a 4 year old and 11 year old, what additional information should you provide to get their kids set up at the Club?
Kids ages 9-15 need a Junior orientation scheduled ASAP. Kids 6 weeks - 8 years old need a medical release form and parents need an explanation of general Kids Club guidelines.
