They can do that, but with us they are given lifetime warranty, plus the VIP Package, which gets them free wiper blades, free windshield washer top up, taxi vouchers/rental car, and a premium plan for the next year

Premiums do increase, yes, but if they have a good drivers safety rating, it won't make much of a difference, and will still save them a lot more than paying out of pocket

Tell them the importance of getting it done sooner! Their windshield is a structural part of the vehicle, and afterwards they are given the free repairs so they will not have to deal with any more damage after!
