What is the difference between high density, medium density and low density settlement?
Low density: single-family homes, less than 30 units/hectare
Medium density: low-rise apartments, townhouses, 30-100 units/hectare
High density: high-rise apartments, over 100 units/hectare

Small clusters of settlement with distance between them
Typically a place with resources such as mining, logging and oil

In hopes of better employment due to economic growth in an area
