INBOUND ACTIVATION ESCALATIONS CASE NOTES:
Issue Reported: Mx called because he said that he submitted the docs requested 3 weeks ago, and the store is not active yet. He wants to make sure that we got them
Resolution: I let him know that we do not have access to those docs that he uploaded, but I let him know that we would need to get the docs again, so I sent him an email asking for the docs and he said that he wasn't able at the moment that we were on the phone. Mx said that he will send them later. I let him know that they need to call us once he sends the info, so we can escalate this to the verification team. I verified the GPA work steps since the mx confirmed that they have access to it
