Other than remixing content around the topics and smaller bite-sized chunks, what are some other ways might we focus our derivative strategy?

Remixing content to be more digestible in smaller chunks is always important.

However, we can also review the content by persona and propose a different method. Example: Ensure one of the ads matches one of the target personas vs all personas.

Then another way might be to focus on the sub-industries or company types within the umbrella industry.  Example: Within Heavy Equipment there are categories of sub-industries: Mining, Farming, Construction. Each group expects images for their worldview and topics they care about.

What is the Webinar as a Product project?

This ongoing project led by the webinar team is intended to "level up" the entire process of webinars end to end. Treating webinars like a product, means we have to gather and build requirements, satisfy stakeholders and customers, seek feedback, and do product launches. To learn more please ask Sarah A or Caroline.

When requesting for a video to be remixed or edited what is the most important thing to include in your request?

Most Important - A link to the source video or file to start from :) This is just one item, but there are a few more listed within the request form that can help us meet the turnaround times.

Since our team works on a lot of tickets/projects it's important to make sure that each request is filled in completely for Video and or other Creative services.

Be sure and review the form fully and ask Paul, Sarah P, Grayland or any content lead if you have questions.

Can the Derivative team do re-branding for us?

We always strive to incorporate and follow the Branding guidelines as part of our handover content creation and derivative content creation projects. However we do not own, or plan to do any straight rebranding projects, instead that needs to done with the help of corporate marketing services.
400

How long does a DCP take to create?

It varies... DCP's can be done for a single asset, a collection of assets or a entire campaign. It is a collaborative effort for the pod to decide where to focus the derivative content review and then where to consider streaming it into the campaign promotion model. Single Assets ( 1-2 days) Three to four assets ( 3-4 days), Entire Campaigns (7+ days)

Where does webinar content come from?

Webinars take a village to execute, and like many projects in GEE tons of teams are involved to go from zero to launch. However, webinar content is primarily created by folks outside of GEE. These can be CODs in Segment or Industry Marketing, This can be PFDs from the sales organization, and this can be solution directors or strategy leads by industry.  All of this variability is why currently it is very hard to sustain a common, repeatable way to ideate, build, gather everything GEE needs to market and execute successful webinars.

How is the Derivative Content team supporting SMB focused efforts?

Currently, the SMB model operates a bit differently than the industry pods, making it harder to have dedicated coverage SMB wide. We have named key derivative leads across a few priority campaigns. Then after that, we are doing our best to balance capacity of other industry campaigns to try and help with the non-mapped campaigns.
