The main requirement to use the "Contact your admin" feature in Visual Studio is that you must have a Visual Studio subscription associated with an account that has administrative privileges.

Answer:1.) A user has verified their account, accepted terms and conditions but somehow are NOT tied to a subscription. i.e. Subscription ID field shows as N/A. This user will show up as a “Direct” user in MISEM and will only have access to the 13 free downloads. You can add the subscription to their member profile and give them access to their institution’s subscription to fix this.
2.) If the user is attached to the wrong subscription, you can correct this (remove them from the wrong subscription) and attach them to the right subscription.
