Why is it important for a Partner to update their My Career profile?
Partners will need to update college degree information in order to apply for LDS if they have not been a manager with H-E-B for more than one year.
How do you get vouchered hours for PDS?
Voucher credit will be entered Week 4 of each Period and locations will only receive voucher credit up to the maximum number of seats allocated to them each year. There is a Partner sign-in sheet that needs to be filled out per session accompanied by a Course Code. Admin will need to enter OJT completion into iDevelop.

What are the requirements for application?
Partners are encouraged to express their interest to TSL and TSL will select Partners to participate.
How long does MDS take?
The length of time to complete MDS is entirely up to each Partner because it is a learn/complete at your own pace experience. Likewise, the amount of time you spend with Khan Academy is your choice. In total, not counting time in Khan Academy, the MDS program is an average of 3 hours
