No. Nothing is permanent. Money is spent. Also, when this life ends and we move into the next: we cannot take money or any of our possessions with us.

Impermanence is an ending. Everything is impermanent; nothing lasts forever.

Karma is a cycle of energy. When you do something good, it will come back to you. Likewise: when you do something bad, it will come back to you.
