This item must be worn by every student at all times while in the school building.
What is a student ID?

What is a yellow pass?
If you see a student using or possessing a cell phone in your classroom, call this extension. The student will then be escorted to an administrator.
What is extension 1430?
If you arrive at school late, you must record your arrival time in this location so we have an accurate record of when you entered the building.
What is the late sign-in binder?
During a drill, hold up this color card if a student is missing or if you have a student with you who is not assigned to your class.
What is a red card?
Before leaving the classroom, a student must complete this step in their planner, obtain the teacher's signature, and then take the appropriate assigned hall pass for the classroom.

A student who arrives late to class must have this color pass, and the tardy must be entered into Genesis.
What is a blue pass?
If you see a student with a cell phone in the hallway, you should get these two pieces of information before calling extension 1430.
What are the student's name and location?
To stay informed about important announcements, reminders, and upcoming events, staff should check this communication every morning and every afternoon.
What is the Weekly Digest?
If you suspect a student is under the influence, call this extension to have the student escorted to the nurse, and complete the appropriate form so the SAC has the details.
What is extension 1430?
These are assigned to each hallway and help staff identify where a student is permitted to be when using a hall pass.
What are the designated hall-pass colors?
Staff must complete attendance accurately within this amount of time after class begins to ensure our attendance data is accurate.
What are the first 15 minutes of class?
To model the same professionalism and expectations we have for students, staff should keep this item out of sight during the school day.

From how we dress and communicate to responding to emails and meeting deadlines, this expectation applies to every staff member and helps us model the behavior we expect from students.

If a student tells you they want to harm themselves, you should personally walk them to this location/person and call this extension for coverage.
