The Aim of the GDA .....
The Aim of the GDA is to acquire and share relevant and accurate information regarding diabetes mellitus and to undertake activities that will improve the welfare of persons affected by this diabetes. GDA provides weekly distribution of insulin and other necessary supplies to persons affected with Type 1 Diabetes, free glucose machines, and test strips at a subsidized cost for all members. All these are done to assist in the prevention and control of diabetes in our Tri-island state of Grenada.
