What is 2020?
Provides funding to public agencies to fight auto theft and supports outreach programs to disseminate its message to the public through various platforms.
What is the Automobile Theft Authority?
Handles the electronic and computer equipment for the agency, responsible for the security of the accounts held by DIFI staff to ensure the confidentiality of DIFI's stakeholders whether they be consumers or staff.
What is the Information Technologies Division?
Supports the agency for bill paying, receivables, budgeting, procurement, payroll, and facilities management.

Provides protection to Arizona residents when an insurance company becomes insolvent (bankrupt)

Responsible for investigating complaints alleging an unlawful practice by a licensee or an unlicensed person and administratively prosecuting found violations.
What is the Enforcement, Innovation, and Regulatory Policy Division?
Ensures that insurance policies sold to Arizonans are compliant with Arizona laws and rules. Aids Arizona citizens and businesses by helping insurers get new, revised, and innovative insurance products to market that contain legally required benefits.
