At what age do we require spay/neuter for group play?
An owner comes in and states they don't want to fill out an intake form since 'it's all the same as last time' - how do you respond?
Apologize & explain we like to confirm all details of the stay (dates, services, ECs, etc.) in addition to feeding & medication instructions. Let them know about online pre-check option for next time!

What is the price of a standard bath & what does it include?

How old does a dog need to be in order to use our services?
No minimum age! Just need them to be current on vaccines, young puppies (under 4 months) need at least their Bordetella & first two rounds of Distemper/Parvo

What are the options for check out after 1pm for social boarding? What about individual play?
Daycare rates apply for group play/social boarding, owners can use package days if they wish!
Individual play would need to reserve another night to ensure the suite is held past 1pm.

Private Den - no! Single occupancy only!
Private Suite - yes! Shared occupancy ok, as long as the pups do not exceed weight limit or pose safety concern otherwise

Do we accept self administered vaccines for all of our required vaccinations?
No! We can accept self-administered Bordetella & Distemper/Parvo only. Rabies must be done under supervision of a vet

Conflicting pick up times & service notes! Reservation set to end at 9am, bath booked by owner to start at 9:45am, service note states 2pm pick up time!

An owner emails the following in regards to their pup's upcoming evaluation request for 6/20 - can we accept & confirm their evaluation?
"I just moved to Santa Barbara and wasn’t able to get a new patient appt until 7/2. He did have blood test to test his current levels and the doctor thought it would be safest to get another shot based on the test result. He was borderline, and not going to infect anyone at that level. Doctor thought he would be the one getting infected from any other dog if they are not vaccinated.
If it’s not acceptable, then I can wait"
