How do you determine if a course is Direct Registration or DAU Classroom VILT?

Pull up the course in the iCatalog, select the course and select Apply for Training in the upper right. If it takes you to the Virtual Campus it is Direct Registration. If it takes you to the Agency POC page it is a DAU Classrooms VILT.

Why would an External Training not have the Mark Complete option?

The training dates are set to future dates.

Can you withdraw from a Direct Registration course on or past the start date?

NO! Student will have to wait for a No Show to be entered and register for a new session.

How do you determine a course provider for a Technical Course escalation?

On the student's transcript Select Open Curriculum beside the course, Select View Training Details, the Provider will be listed at the top.

What if I don't know what Categories to use for my Ticket?

Each Knowledge Article has Ticket Tracking Guidance that will give you the Categories, Description and Short description to use for every ticket.

Escalet to scheduling, include the DAU ID, Session ID and Course number.

I have not completed the prerequisite for a Direct Registration course. Can I still register and complete the prerequisite before the course starts?

No! The Virtual Campus will not accept a registration if all the prerequisites have not been completed. There is NO exception to this.
