How do they shop online?
Military and First Responder guests simply login to their account (same one they used to apply) and ensure their 15% toggle is turned on at checkout. MFR guests have the option to pay via credit card or Apple Pay only - gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and Paypal cannot be used in combination with the discount for online transactions.

Yes, the employee discount can now be used on Footwear, with no restriction to number of purchased pairs per style, previously it was limited to one pair per style
When does the extended return policy start/end and how long do guests have to return items?
Guests who purchase between Mon Oct 16 - Sun Dec 24 will have until Tue Jan 23, 2024 to return/exchange.
