What does it mean to give background information when having a conversation. Think about using inside jokes, memes, etc.
Make sure you introduce a topic or give enough information before starting to share. Sometimes others get confused during conversations if not enough background information is shared.

Demonstrate listening skills. Allow for breaks in your talking. Ask others questions so they can talk. Think about the conversation skills we have practiced and discussed. Everyone wants to be heard and have a say. Don't dominate the whole conversation by talking the whole meeting.
