yes, the school can limit freedom of speech if the speech being limited can be reasonable assumed to cause a major disruption to the learning environment.

They then started to pat me down and kept saying something about officer safety. I told them I didn't consent to the pat down but they didn't seem to care. Did they have a right to pat me down?
