No.  The 1st Amendment covers freedom of speech but it does not give the people the right to slander or commit libel.

No.  The right to bear arms is designed for firearms.  You have the right to own firearms, not literal bear arms.

yes, the school can limit freedom of speech if the speech being limited can be reasonable assumed to cause a major disruption to the learning environment.

I was walking down the street yesterday and two police officers stopped me.  They said I met the description of a bank robber who robbed the bank around the corner 10 minutes ago.  They then started to pat me down and kept saying something about officer safety.  I told them I didn't consent to the pat down but they didn't seem to care. Did they have a right to pat me down?
