After the initial CANS and PSC are completed, they must be completed again within this timeline.
What is 5-7 months?
These measures are required for all clients over the age of 12.
What are the PSC (w/parent involvement), CANS, PEARLS and SAGI.
This is the minimum amount of minutes to be able to bill an Individual Therapy note.
This must now be updated daily to track productivity.
What is Paylocity/timesheet?
This letter must be sent to the client and county after 3 consecutive missed sessions.

This must be updated if the client's status of ICC or PWB is changed.

Time spent discussing cases and treatment that used to be a TCM note is now this kind of note.
What is Plan Development?
This age group requires a different CANS measure.

The GAD-7, which can be found in the Outcomes tab in EXYM can be use to help assess for what type of symptoms or diagnoses?
What are anxiety related symptoms or diagnoses/Generalized Anxiety Disorder?
Fun fact - the validity for this measure is ~ 11 years old.
This is the minimum amount of minutes in order to bill a Family Therapy note.
What is 26 minutes?
This document must be reviewed and/or updated with the client at least 1x per year.
What is the TCM Care Plan?
Minor's consent is effective starting at this age.
What is 12? If client is assessed to understand and be capable to consent and participate in their own services.
